Reishi Instructions for Use:

-Take ½ cup sliced reishi and simmer covered on low for 2-4 hours (do not boil) OR 1.5 grams reishi/8 oz. water.

-Strain the tea, drink hot or cold!

-Reishi can be re-brewed 2-3 times after first use. Brew immediately after, or freeze and brew later.
